Why has my account been paused or disabled?
⏸️ Your account may be paused or disabled for a number of different reasons. The most common reasons are explained below:

You are on sick/ holiday/ maternity/ parental leave:

Your employer has requested information from you and is awaiting your reply.

You've been given disciplinary action from your employer.

You have left or are leaving the company (or a leave date has been placed on your account by your employer). For more information see What happens when I leave my employer?

You have previously closed and terminated your account.

You have a negative or zero accrued holiday balance (only applicable to select companies).
If you believe your account has been disabled or paused in error, you will need to reach out to your employer first to enquire as to why. We do not have the ability to reactivate your account if initiated by your employer.
