👋 When you leave your employer, your account will be disabled. This will mean you no longer have access to the Wagestream app.
Next steps:
On your last payday, you will be paid the remaining total of your wages not already accessed as normal, minus any transfer fees.
Depending on the company, your employer may deduct wages from your final paycheck if you've taken more holiday or annual leave time than you've accrued prior to leaving the company.
If your final paycheck is a different amount than you expect, you will need to reach out to your employer directly to look into this further.
If your employer has chosen to pause or disable your account intentionally, you will need to reach out to your HR/People Team to enquire as to why.
We do not have the ability to reactivate your account or change any discrepancies in your paycheck as we rely on the information sent to us by your employer.
Any funds in your Save account will be automatically sent to your bank account within 5 working days.
