Why is my shift missing?

If you don't see your recent shifts in the app yet, the most common reason is that they haven't been approved, or synced from your time management system

1. Has the shift been approved?

Stream can only display earnings for shifts that have been officially approved by your manager. If a shift is still "pending" in your company's time-tracking system, it will not appear here yet.

2. When will Stream update my earnings?

Up to 24 Hours: Every system has a different schedule for sending us data, but most update within 24 hours

3. How to fix incorrect hours

We rely entirely on the data sent directly from your employer. We cannot manually add shifts or change your hours.

  • What to do: If your hours look incorrect, please speak with your Line Manager to get them updated in  your time management system
  • The fix: Once your manager corrects the hours in your workplace system, the update will automatically flow into Stream during the next data sync.

Approved and still not appearing after 24 hours? Please reach out to our Support Team. To help us solve this faster, please include:

  • The date and time of the missing shift.
  • A screenshot of your approved hours from your time management system
