
When your employer lets us know you are leaving, your account begins a closing process.
What to expect: Once your employer notifies us of your departure, your account will be paused before your final day. At that point, Flexible Pay will no longer be available.
What Happens Next?
Closing Your Account
After all transfers are settled, your account will be fully closed, and access to the app will be deactivated.
Savings Account Funds: Any remaining funds in your savings account will be automatically transferred to your primary bank account within 5 working days.
Note: If your final paycheck differs from your expectations, please contact your employer directly.
💡 Tip: Ask if Stream or Stream is available at your new employer - you may be able to re-enroll under their program!
