What happens when I leave my employer?

👋 When you leave your employer, your account will be disabled. This will mean you no longer have access to the Wagestream app.

Next steps:

  • On your last payday, you will be paid the remaining total of your wages not already accessed as normal, minus any transfer fees.

  • Depending on the company, your employer may deduct wages from your final paycheck if you've taken more holiday or annual leave time than you've accrued prior to leaving the company.

  • If your final paycheck is a different amount than you expect, you will need to reach out to your employer directly to look into this further.

  • If your employer has chosen to pause or disable your account intentionally, you will need to reach out to your HR/People Team to enquire as to why.

  • We do not have the ability to reactivate your account or change any discrepancies in your paycheck as we rely on the information sent to us by your employer.

  • Any funds in your Save account will be automatically sent to your bank account within 5 working days.
