To close your account, please log into your account and reach out to our Support team:

Upon writing into Support, please let us know that you wish to close your account along with the last 4 digits of the debit card on file with Wagestream so we can verify you.
After verification is complete, your account will be disabled and you will lose access to earned wage access. Upon the next paycheck processed with Wagestream, your remaining outstanding earned wages accessed would be reconciled and your account will be fully closed.
NOTE: Closing your account will not cause shifts to refresh or your enrolment process to speed up. Please be aware that if you decide to reopen your account again in the future, you will need to re-enrol which can take up to 14 days.
