If you are unable to make a transfer, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
βοΈ Minimum Balance: You must have at least $5 available to make a transfer. See How is my available balance calculated?
π Available Wages: You can only transfer up to 50% of the wages you have already earned and that your employer has approved.
π« Transfer Limits: You may have reached a daily, pay-period, or self-imposed limit. Learn more about What are the transfer limits?
π¦ Banking Info: If your debit card has expired or is no longer active, update your details in the Accounts tab. If you need help updating this, check How do I update my bank account or direct deposit?
βΈοΈ Paused or Disabled: This usually happens during a leave of absence or if your payroll settings are updating. Why has my account been paused or disabled?
π Advance Pay: If you are salaried and paid in advance, you cannot transfer pay between payday and the end of the pay period, as you have already received these wages.
π Note for Connecticut Residents
State regulations mean Instant Transfers are not available. You can still use our free Standard Transfer (1–3 business days).
