If your earnings in the Stream app don't match your expected total, it is usually because certain types of pay are not eligible for early access, or your recent shifts are still being processed.
💡 Quick Reminder:The "Available Balance" on your homepage is only up to 50% of your gross earnings and not your total pay. See How is my available balance calculated?)
Which types of pay are eligible?
Every employer decides which types of pay are available for early access. Most companies include your Base Pay, but can exclude the following:
Overtime & Premiums: It is often not possible to calculate these exactly until the end of the pay period. Because of this, these shifts may only be available to transfer at your standard base rate of pay.
Absence Pay: Sick pay, vacation, and holiday pay are usually not available for early transfer as these rates can vary.
Bonuses & Expenses: One-off payments or reimbursements are not made available in Stream
How do I get paid for these? Don't worry - you are still earning this money! Any overtime, premiums, or absence pay will be paid out to you as usual by your employer on your regular payday. Stream just focuses on your standard base wages to keep your transfers predictable and safe.
Are you missing your basic pay? If your standard hours or salary are missing entirely, it is likely a data sync or approval issue. Check Why is my shift missing?.
