💸 Stream is the feature in the Wagestream app that allows you to transfer your earned wages before payday:

• Log in to the Wagestream app.

• Tap "Start a Transfer".

• You will see 2 numbers on the screen:

  1. The top number is your available balance to withdraw

  2. The lower number is the amount you have selected to withdraw

• Type in the amount you wish to transfer, then tap "Next"

• The next screen will summarize your amount you have selected to transfer and offer you the ability to transfer via an Instant Transfer to your debit card, or a Standard Transfer to your bank account on file. 
  NOTE: Please review the pricing and timing of the transfer you are selecting, once it is transferred there is no way to recall this transfer once successful!

• Confirm the amount and bank account details are correct, and tap "Confirm Transfer"

🕒 How long will it take?

🇺🇸 In the US, transfers can be sent in two ways:

1.) Instant Transfer - This transfer type will send money immediately to your verified debit card on file with us. Transfers usually complete within minutes.

2.) Standard Transfer - This transfer type will send money to the selected bank account via an ACH bank-to-bank transfer. The timing for completion is about 1-3 business days, depending on when the transfer is initiated. Please remember that bank holidays and weekends can impact these timeframes.

If your banking details are not correct, please cancel the transaction and contact your employer to ensure the bank details they hold for you are correct. We are unable to update your bank details on your behalf for security reasons.
