How to add or replace a debit card in Stream

After setting up your direct deposit, you can add a debit card to enable Instant transfers. Follow the steps below based on which app you are using.

From within the Stream app:

  1. Log in and go to your Settings.

  2. Tap the Accounts page.

  3. Tap Add Debit Card at the bottom.

  4. Enter your card details and tap Save.

⚠️ Important: Verify your card

Once you add your card, you may need to complete a few security steps:

  • Check your email: You will receive a verification email from Stream.

  • Confirm: Click the link in that email to verify your card details.

  • Final Step: Return to the app and set your debit card as your Primary Card. 

Why do I need a card? A verified debit card allows you to initiate Instant transfers. If your main bank account does not accept instant payments, this card ensures you can still receive your funds immediately.
