How to reset my password

NOTE: Once your password has been reset, you will need to force-close the Wagestream app on your mobile device before logging in with your new credentials.

If you use email authentication or a PIN to log in, you won't have a password for your account and, therefore, won't be able to proceed with the following steps.

🔒 If you are not able to log in:

  • Open the app and enter your Email.
  • Tap Next, and under log in, tap Request a new password.

NOTE: If you have already performed these steps and are still having an issue, or have not received a Password Reset email from us, please contact our Support Team and we'd be happy to help.

🔓 If you are able to log in:

  • Login to the app.
  • Under profile, go to 'account settings'
  • Tap change password - you will need to enter your existing and new password 

NOTE: Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and must differ from the last password used.

  • Confirm new password and tap Set Password.
