When on any kind of leave, your employer may choose to pause your account. If this happens, we do not have the ability to reactivate your account.
If you have questions as to whether or not you are entitled to certain types of paid leave, contact your employer directly.
🕙 Hourly employees
Your balance only includes shifts worked at your regular rate and does not include holiday, parental leave (maternity/ paternity/ adoption), or sick leave.
Any wages from these types of leave will not be available through the app and will instead be paid directly to you by your employer on your regularly scheduled paycheck.
📆 Salaried employees
Your balance may include wages from holiday, parental leave, or sick leave. However, this can vary from company to company depending on whether your employer has opted to include these wages through the app.
To confirm whether your available balance through the app will include access to leave pay, reach out to your employer for further assistance. If your leave pay is not included in the Wagestream app, this will be paid directly to you by your employer on your regularly scheduled paycheck.
