How do I update my bank account or direct deposit?

You can update your banking details yourself right inside the Stream app!

  • Go to Settings: Tap the Settings (⛭) icon on the home screen and select Accounts.

  • Edit your Bank: Tap on your Primary Account and select Update or Edit.

  • Verify your identity: Follow the prompts to confirm it is really you.

  • Confirm: Once verified, your new details are saved.

Tip: If you cannot see the option to change your details in the app, you may need to update them with your employer directly.
