ℹ️ In order to change any personal information associated with your account (banking details, email address, last name, postcode, etc.), you will need to update these details with your employer. This is to help protect your account.
🏦 To verify whether you have the correct banking details on file with the Wagestream app, you can view this in the Accounts tab of the app from the navigation bar. Your Primary account will show your personal banking beneficiary account on file for you with Wagestream
If you're unsure about how to update this information or how long until it will be reflected in your Wagestream account (typically anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks), please reach out to your line manager for assistance. They will know what to do!
