Am I eligible to join the Stream app?
ℹ️ Every employer has different criteria that define whether you are eligible to access the app or not.
If you are unable to successfully register or login with the app, it may be that you are not eligible for the service. Some common reasons for this are:
- You are a leaver or have handed in your notice
- You are under the age of 18
- You are a temporary member of staff
Other rules may apply so if you are unclear, please reach out to your employer to understand if you are eligible.
🏦 Is my bank compatible with the Stream app?
Most banks are compatible with the Stream service.
To use the app, your bank account must:
- Have a debit card associated with it or available to it.
- Have a unique routing number and account number.
If your bank account is not compatible, you will need to use another account in order to use the service.
