I didn't recieve my paycheck

If it’s payday and you think your money hasn't arrived, don't worry. It is usually due to one of the following:

1. It isn't payday yet! If you use a bank like Chime or Capital One for '2-day early pay,' this will no longer work once you enroll in Stream. Your funds are routed through our settlement system to calculate your transfers, meaning you will receive your remaining pay on your official company payday.
2. It was sent to your linked debit card. If you do not have a debit card linked, then our system will attempt to send your paycheck to your bank account via "instant payments"
3. It was sent by ACH Payment. If the debit card provided was invalid, and your bank account is not compatible with "instant payments," then our system would have sent your paycheck via ACH Payment. This should be received by your bank by the end of the payday, but can take 1-3 business days to process

Action: Check your card balance or any secondary accounts you have connected to the app.

Still think something is wrong?

Before contacting support, follow these steps:

- Check your App Statement: Go to the Track page in your app to see your latest activity statement. This shows the exact amount sent to you after transfers and fees were deducted.
- Verify your Primary Account: If the app says "Paid" but your bank is empty, double-check which account is listed as your Primary in your profile.

Contact Support: If the app shows a successful payment but you haven't received it by the end of the day, please message our Support Team
