NOTE: We do not offer live chat or phone support. The support team answers queries in the order they are received. Opening more than 1 conversation with the team will cause a delayed response.

To contact the support team you will need to log into your app. Once there, navigate to Account > Help & Support > Contact. This is the quickest route into support.

If you are unable to log into the app, you can reach out to the support team via email at support@wagestream.com but please be aware that emails may take us longer to respond.
