How to close my Save account

🏦 If you want to close your Save account

You can close your Save account at anytime within the app itself. Simply follow these instructions:

  • In the bottom navigation bar tap the "Save" icon.

  • Locate your specific goal account (e.g. "Rainy Day" fund or whatever you chose to name it!) and tap the "Gear" icon.

  • At the bottom of the screen, tap Close Account.

  • Tap Yes to confirm.

Any balance you have in your pot at the time of closing will be transferred directly to your personal banking account within 5 business days.
