Why are my bank details changing?

šŸ¦ By enrolling in the Wagestream app, a new account with separate banking details is created on your behalf as part of the standard enrolment process. This is done only so we can send transfers and salary payments to your personal banking account, including through the Build feature (if applicable).

If your employer gives you access to an employee self-service portal, you may be able to see these details changing during the enrolment process, but this does not change the personal banking details you have on file with payroll and it will not change where you receive your salary on payday.

Please do not change these details. It may cause your account to be disabled or the timing of when you receive your paycheck to be impacted!

Once your bank details have been finalised, we will send you an email letting you know that your enrolment is complete.
